Salut means both ‘hi’ and ‘cheers’ in French. On Gerard Douplein in De Pijp, around the corner from the Albert Cuyp market, we serve Mediterranean and French cuisine in an interior by Jean-Philippe Demeyer.
Start with oysters Fine de Normandie or gamba tempura, then Moules Pastis, steak frites or a ribeye to share, with our own Cuvée Salut Chardonnay in your glass.
Open Wednesday from 16:00, Thursday to Sunday from 12:00. Reservations are welcome, but you can always just walk in.
